Terrible. Nurses are mean. Sommers doesn't pay attention. They're constantly canceling appointments on me.
SO disappointed!!!
A month later we received a letter saying he is no longer with the practice due to his failure to make his appointment and is dropped.
Why not just charge us for the appointment, or give a warning. He did call the office to dispute this , however he was told to take his medication bottle for his epilepsy to urgent care and then find another physician.
My husband has been with this group for 30+ years for his epilepsy and basic care. He missed his appointment and never called to cancel (which I'm not condoning).
Rebecca Freeman is wonderful. She is always as quick as she can be and actually pays attention to what she is told about health concerns.
