Very professional. No one wants to be here but they make the process go as smooth as possible.
It looked like they never cleaned my brother up and just put make up on the lips in a hurry. The lining of the casket that's outside of the casket during viewing was uneven and messy looking. His pillow was off to the side so it looked like his head was falling off of the pillow. Overall it just seemed like a rushed job and he deserved more respect than that.
